30-Day Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Returns must be approved by our team before shipping.

  • Unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Return Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@blairemaison.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Note: Some of our items are shipped from international warehouses. If applicable, returns may need to be shipped to our fulfillment center abroad. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, simply return your original item and place a new order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • After that, we cannot guarantee changes if your order is already being processed.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your parcel is lost in transit and your shipping address was entered correctly, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

  • If you prefer a refund, we’ll process it after 10 days from the date of dispatch.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
