  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Shipping time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

3. Shipping Cost

  • We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

  • There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is final.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, feel free to reach out to us.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived:

  • Confirm the address used

  • Check with neighbours or household members

  • Contact the courier using your tracking number

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

6. Damaged Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@blairemaison.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Late Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.

8. Returns Overview

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer (unless item is damaged or incorrect)

  • Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after we receive the return
