Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. A contract is formed only when you receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment through secure methods including Visa, Mastercard, and iDeal. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimated between 4–6 business days. External delays such as weather or courier issues may affect delivery.

6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@blairemaison.com within the 14-day period.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the items after notifying us. We will refund the full amount (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

7. Returns & Refunds

Beyond your legal cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day return period on all orders. 

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Personalised or hygiene-related items (e.g. socks, underwear) are excluded unless unopened and unused

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors. If you receive a product not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
